Hi there! My name is Claudia, I am a Gold Coast based ceramic artist. I've always been a maker inspired by the tactile nature of materials. After working as an artist for some years, I found myself naturally drawn to the transformative properties of clay and the vast world of ceramics. When I am not making in my studio I am teaching classes at The Ceramic House in Newstead, Brisbane where I have the pleasure of guiding students through foundational wheel throwing and handbuilding techniques

Through my current practice, I explore both the functional, artistic and conceptual potential of clay and the making process.
